Dojo Delivery HQ

Isometric view, fan art and re-design of Dojo Delivery HQ (AKA "The Dojo") from Get Ed.

Extract from The Courier Game Chapter 1 fanfic ( https://archiveofourown.org/works/32817199 ) :

"It was difficult to name the architecture of Progress City. It was a mixture of futurism and modern art. Not because of the perfectly geometric shapes or the great prevalence of cubes over other figures, but because of the absolute lack of logical sense aimed at functionality. The headquarters of Dojo Delivery was the perfect example of this: from the outside, it was impossible to understand what it was about, it had no precise shape. There were pipes on every wall, giant ducts and ventilation systems spilling out of the roof, covering its surface. Only one corner had remained untouched, at least until Ol'Skool placed deckchairs and an umbrella there. It was a great spot to relax, get some sun and watch the view of the skyscrapers, with the sun's rays being reflected off every metal or glass surface.

Although the outside was a shapeless heap, the inside of the Dojo had been thought through in every detail to accommodate all needs while taking up as little space as possible. There was a well-equipped gym where the team could train or simply play. Once the weights, benches, rowing machines, exercise bikes and other machines with complex names had been moved, the field remained free to play basketball, football, volleyball, quidditch and much more. The infirmary and laboratory were no less impressive, the former being equipped with antiseptic beds, shelves full of medicines, first aid kits and defibrillators. Ol'Skool had even managed to get his hands on one of those super hi-tech machines that could do almost anything: ECGs, CT scans, ultrasound scans - it was like having a small, portable hospital. In the laboratory was Ol'Skool's pride and joy: a supercomputer he had assembled himself; half of the components were his own invention. The other machines and equipment in the room were also his brainchild, although not all of them worked properly. Since Fizz had been there, the amount of unfinished work had doubled. The number of incidents caused by poorly connected cables or bugs in the various software codes had tripled.

Of all of them, however, the most impressive room in the Dojo was Ol'Skool's bedroom. He needed a special atmosphere to work at his best, and above all he needed his bonsai trees. That room was a world apart, completely detached and unaware of what was going on outside. The first thing that jumped out at you when you entered was the small oriental style gazebo in the centre, surrounded by a small zen garden and connected to the rest of the room by a thin and narrow but incredibly sturdy bridge. On the opposite side of the entrance, well hidden from view, the room continued in a more sober space, decorated only with a bed, a bedside table, and a wardrobe."
